These are all questions the course asks the participants to consider whilst they are handling data within their workplace, providing guidance on how to ensure that they are adhering to GDPR at all times whilst working.
Data Breaches:
Providing examples of data breaches, the course highlights how data breaches can occur accidentally or intentionally to participants. Participants will also learn the necessary steps to take if they suspect a possible data breach, including what to report, who to report to, and how quickly they should act. The consequences of failing to report a data breach for investigation are also highlighted within the course.
