This course aims to educate participants on bullying and harassment in the workplace. 

 

By the end of this course, participants will understand: 

 

• The difference between bullying and harassment

• Forms of bullying and harassment 

• The effect of bullying and harassment on individuals

Types of bullying and harassment: 

There are several different forms of bullying and harassment that can occur  within the workplace, these include:

 

• Discriminatory harassment

• Personal harassment

• Physical harassment

• Cyber bullying

• Sexual harassment

 

Participants will learn about each in detail and recognise how to identify each and how to report any discrimination that they witness within the workplace.
