This course aims to guide participants on how to conduct themselves and how to stay safe whilst using the company’s social media accounts.
By the end of this course, participants will understand:

This course focuses on the following:

Social Media Policy:
The course will remind participants to adhere to their company’s own social media policy which will outline how to conduct themselves whilst posting on behalf of the company. The policy may include guidelines on what they can and cannot post or how to sign off on posts and / or comments. The policy may also cover engagement and how to interact with certain demographics or customers.
Social Media Security Breaches:
Participants will be trained on what to do should social media accounts be compromised.
